Plan generation issues observed on Thai-preview.

Tests have been done on Thailand - preview for plan generation after migration to openSRP.
Apk used th-en v5.3.26-RC8

Few issues have been observed as explained below:

1. Form configs are very different from how they were. This is in turn affecting some things.
   e.g
   - for BCC tasks form, It is in Thai for a th-en apk.
   - First name disappearing and showing as 0
   - when you click on list view, Larval dipping and mosquito collection show as '0' instead of showing the actual name.

2. Blood Screening tasks recorded are not changing from yellow to green, and they keep showing "RECORD SCREENING" or if they change they change to "0" instead of the usual green and change to "Recorded."
   

3. Some Old structures in a map are not opening getting error (Failed to fetch details).
