Description of the enhancement

Enterprise Router offers the FlowLogs function to shipper LogFiles to LTS (LogTankService).

Please add a provider for this Functionality:

Releated API:
https://docs.otc.t-systems.com/enterprise-router/api-ref/apis/flow_logs/index.html

(Do not forget the Tag-Function).

Please add this Function to Provider.
