Tags are added to the process metadata instead of tags in Spring #139

If I add tags to application.yml or in TracerBuilderCustomizer (withTag("some", "tag")), all these tags are added to the process meta data block, not in tags. Is it expected behaviour or a bug? Is it possible somehow to add tags for the all generated spans not in the process?
