Currently, to specify an alternative open source license to accompany a new contribution to the WeBWorK Open Problem
Library, contributors should include the alternative license statement in the top-level directory containing their
contribution; contributors may also optionally include the license statement below the END_DOCUMENT(); line in each
of their contributed problems. License statements should include, at a minimum, the name of the license being applied
and a link to the full statement of the license.
