提示错误Secret names must not start with GITHUB_

1 settings/Developer Settings--Personal access tokens (classic) 创建了 GITHUB_TOKEN — public_repo

2 Fork 仓库 Settings-- Actions secrets and variables -- Variables 新建 Name * GITHUB_TOKEN Value *粘贴令牌

提示错误Secret names must not start with GITHUB_

创建不了隐私变量 GITHUB_TOKEN ？？？
