Dynamic resolution ?

I'm new to both this mod and GitHub itself so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place or is just a dumb question but I was wondering if it's possible to use the mod to turn on upscaling and just set the resolution to dynamic based on your target FPS. There are some games I would love to be able to do that for, like Alan Wake 2 I can run at 4k in most spots but have to go all the way down to quality FSR in others
