In the optiscaler menu, I expected the FFX settings menu to mention FSR 4 instead of FSR 3.1.4.

I managed to fix it yesterday. Look for the file "amdxcffx64.dll" in your Windows folder and copy it to next to the optiscaler files in the respective game directory. Now you can select FSR 4 in the FFX settings. |
