Allow to reinitialize component internals after <select>/<input> was updated programmatically.

I am using FormDataJson to set form values. These values are ajax loaded. When data comes the page already initialized and TomSelect created.

It would be nice that TomSelect react to the change event and recreate internal structure/update internal data from HTML again. Like during the first initialization.

Ok. sync() does not work if component was created with reconfigured labelField and valueField.
