The Aux connector hits the frame as you slide it in. It at least needs to be moved in 2-3 mm so it doesn't hit the frame.
However, it'd be nice if it also didn't hit the -Y frame boss, so that we could put it in any slot. That would mean at least 5-8 mm, I think, but you'd have to check.
Fix for v1.0 boards: snip off about 2 mm of plastic from the connector.
