miq15: Adding OCI Provider issue

I signed up for OCI's free-tier account and I am having issue/confusion on the adding provider MIQ GUI. Due to new to OCI infra.

• RTFM

• Is the Name: field the User ID ?
  

• Error Message after I entered many required infomation.
  

• Adding provide GUI with masked screenshot.
  

• miq info

@tjyang the userid should be the OCID

Per the docs:

Copy the OCID and paste it into the User ID field.

• if OCID is User ID then what should I put "Tenent ID" field with ? From adding adding provide GUI.
  

• If I use "Tenancy: " vaule(masked), I got complain saying Tenancy ID format is invalid.

Tenant ID is the OCID of the tenant, User ID is the OCID of the user
