Is there any way administrator can get a notice by email when administrator get a request for server creation approval??

Our system is used as a procedure in which a server is created after approval by an administrator when a general user orders server creation. We would like to set up the notification related to the approval request so that the administrator can receive notification by mail. Is there a way to do this?

Also, I want to change the mail format or template, is this possible?
