Dear cQube Community Members,
I hope this message finds you well and that you are continuing to have a positive experience with our cQube platform. Your engagement and feedback have always been invaluable to us, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible support.
We are excited to announce a new and improved protocol for reporting and resolving issues related to cQube. This protocol aims to streamline the process, enhance transparency, and ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Please note that the current way of issue resolution via Whatsapp or direct call will not be addressed going forward. We request you to share this communication with your team members as well.
1. Issue Reporting
When you encounter an issue with cQube, we encourage you to go through the documentation and training videos to solve it yourself. If you are not able to solve it, we encourage you to report it through our GitHub Community. Here's how you can do it:
Create a Detailed GitHub Issue: Visit our cQube GitHub Community and create a new issue. Please provide a clear and detailed description of the problem you've encountered, along with any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Expect a Quick Reply: Our commitment to you is that we will acknowledge your GitHub issue within one working day. You can expect a prompt initial response to confirm that we have received your report.
2. Issue Resolution
We are dedicated to resolving your issues as efficiently as possible. Here's how we plan to handle issue resolution:
Initial Response: Our team will respond to your GitHub issue through comments within the GitHub discussion thread. This initial response will aim to provide insights, possible solutions, or additional information requests.
We believe that this protocol will empower us to address issues more effectively and keep you informed throughout the process. It aligns with industry best practices for issue management and ensures that your voice is heard and valued within the cQube community.
Your feedback and insights are crucial in helping us improve cQube continually. We encourage you to use this new protocol to report any issues you encounter. Together, we can make cQube even better.
Thank you for being an essential part of the cQube community. We look forward to working closely with you and enhancing your experience with our platform.
