Claude Code for VS Code extension updated, now we have Sonnet 4.5. The /SC commands no longer work. Tried reinstalling, including the #394 version bump. Is it just me?! |

I had to close Claude - must have had a window open somewhere. Reinstalled it all, and the slash commands are showing again. |
