datacenter tweaks toolkit

I'm thinking about a toolkit to learn kernel and in general OS customization for network , storage and other hardware information for GNU/Linux which is called datacenter tweaks toolkit.

It will be useful to write something like that. Then we can understand and make our hardening easier.
