Agentic Payments #376

We've thought about it, but honestly it's not on the roadmap right now — a default wallet is one of the highest-trust things you could put in a browser agent, and "the AI can spend money on your behalf" is a surface I don't want to ship until the safety and consent model around it is genuinely solid. The agentic-payments space (scoped allowances, per-transaction approval, the new agent-payment protocols) is moving fast, and I'd rather get it right than be first. Curious what you're actually picturing, though: what would you want the agent to pay for — usage fees for services it uses mid-task, small one-off purchases, subscriptions? The concrete case matters a lot, because "top up an API credit" and "buy something on a site for me" are very different trust problems. |

Have you given much thought to shipping a default wallet so the agents can pay for services online?
