[solved] I was using Microsoft Edge, but when I tried with Google Chrome it worked. I guess Edge privacy controls were too harsh
Hi everyone
I want to add Messenger as an inbox in Chatwoot. I followed this tutorial: Facebook Channel Setup. However, when I reach the step within Chatwoot to grant Facebook permissions and add new channel, I see error: "Error loading Facebook SDK. Please disable any ad-blockers and try again from a different browser."
I've configured everything as described in the tutorial, I don't use an ad blocker, and I tried a incognito, but the issue persists.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
PS. FB_VERIFY_TOKEN can be anything, right? Also, I'm using v4.0.1
