Not receiving messages from Facebook page to Chatwoot

Hi everyone.

I followed the Chatwoot Facebook channel setup tutorial step by step and successfully:

• Created Facebook app
• Got all required permissions approved
• Connected Facebook page to Chatwoot
• Set up webhook

However, messages sent through Facebook Messenger are not appearing in my Chatwoot inbox. The connection seems to be established but messages aren't coming through. I see no webhook errors in Meta for Developers.

Has anyone encountered similar issues or knows potential solutions? Any help would be appreciated.

Additional info:

• I'm using self-hosted Chatwoot v4.0.1 (env variables are set up correctly)
• Facebook app is live and waiting for approval
• Facebook page (messenger) is successfully connected in Chatwoot (no errors or whatsoever)
