How to enable php highlighting in codespace or reset vs code web

I started Codespace for the first time in a year and noticed that all of the php highlights were not working
Could you please tell me how to resolve this or how to completely reset vscode web?
Configuration synchronization with github is enabled
The code I'm using as an example, which I can't say here, is a personal php cli phar that provides some form of encryption and decryption (private)

The codespace displays the following highlights:

The following extensions are installed:

The settings are as follows.

The plugin that provides highlights is enabled correctly.

I don't know if Github fixed it silently, but it was fixed when I started work today
