Turn off a certain user's activity

Hi, I would like to turn off followed users, stars and other activity of a certain user without unfollowing that user. I don't think this is currently possible. The available options are unfollowing the user entirely or setting the preference as I want to see fewer followed users.
Are there any other ways to solve this issue?

Click on the 3 dots option on specific user's feed that you don't want to see that users activity and select the option Show less activity like this option and then select specific option in feedback and then submit

But thats not what I want. I want to turn off the activity for only one user and I want to see activity by other users.
