Allow CTRL+K on Google Chrome windows/linux

Currently Google Chrome on Windows/Linux will perform a search google when you press CTRL+K. I'm suggesting adding an opt-in flag/setting to allow you to override that behavior with JS so that CTRL+K opens the Github Command Palatte.
