Issue with GitHub Contributions Not Appearing Consistently on Profile

I am experiencing an issue with my GitHub contributions not appearing on my profile as expected. Despite consistently making commits and ensuring my email address is correctly configured, my contributions are not consistently displayed on my profile graph. Here are the details of the issue:

Affected Repositories: Repositories from May, Jun, July Month
Commit Email Address: [email protected] (however, password reset links are sent to a different email)

Details of the Issue:
Contributions appear to be made daily.
Contributions intermittently show up as green on the profile graph but then disappear after a few days.
I have verified that private contributions are included in my profile settings.
I have confirmed that my email address in my Git configuration matches the verified email in my GitHub account.
I have checked that the commits are made to the default branch of my repositories.

Steps Taken:

Verified email configuration in both GitHub and local Git settings.
Ensured private contributions are enabled in profile settings.
Checked for any recent changes or issues with my repositories.
Despite following these steps, the issue persists. I would appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.

You should use GitHub Username for managing commit history, not only email and you can check it commit history.

If correct, please refer following things.
-Ensure that the email address used for commits matches the verified email in your GitHub account. You mentioned for commits, so check if this email is verified in your GitHub settings.
-Confirm that the option to display private contributions is enabled in your profile settings.
-Make sure that your commits are made to the default branch of the repository (usually main or master).
-Check the commit history on the affected repositories to ensure that commits are being recognized by GitHub.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in updating the contribution graph. Wait a few days to see if the contributions appear.
If the repositories are private, contributions may not show up unless the settings are configured correctly.
