Docker.io can't pull anymore

It appears that our GitHub actions isn't able to pull from Docker.io anymore - we just get a 401 unauthorized error message:

#3 ERROR: failed to authorize: failed to fetch oauth token: unexpected status from GET request to https://auth.docker.io/token?scope=repository%3Amher%2Fflower%3Apull&service=registry.docker.io: 401 Unauthorized

This happens on every one!

Im having the same issue... I even tried running an action that previously ran fine, but now fails for docker.io authorization issue.
