Copy Variables and Secrets while creating new repository from Template Repository

Hi, I just wants to know if there is any way to create Variables and Secrets when i create a new repository from template based repository. We have requirement where in template based repository we have 8 Variable and 5 Secrets are there and any team create a repository from template, then they have create it manually which we wants to automate. I could not any documentations for this but i curious if anyone has done something like that. If not, then I would like to have feature in Github.
