Truncated text in the jobs list should be visible in a popover

In the actions view, you get a list of jobs in a sidebar to the left, showing which have failed and which have succeeded.

Where there are more than 3 parameters in the build matrix, it's impossible to see some of htose parameters because hte text gets truncated (it's a fixed width sidebar).

When you hover over the text, there's no popup showing the full value; it becomes very difficult to see what job has failed.

A simple onHover popup showing the full text without truncation would fix this nicely!
