Question: How to Optimize SSH Calls in a Script for Copying Files from Codespaces?
Hi everyone,
I’ve created a script to download files from a GitHub Codespace using the GitHub CLI. However, the script is quite slow due to multiple SSH initiation calls. Here's the current flow:
The bottleneck seems to be the SSH initiation process, as each call adds significant overhead.
I’ve considered opening an SSH session and reusing it, but it seems Codespaces doesn’t allow persistent SSH sessions (or maybe I’m missing something).
