I tried signing up through this page:

and got this error:

i have the same problem i just received an email from GitHub say You have free access to GitHub Copilot but when I click the link of start using copilot I get that error

This issue "duplicate entry" affected complimentary access to GitHub Copilot Pro for students, teachers and maintainers, and resulted into an error. We've fixed it and you can continue enjoying your complimentary access to GitHub Copilot Pro!

no! It has always exist. when I access to https://github.com/github-copilot/signup, it return HTTP 500.....
