Recovering unpushed commits from Codespace Fails After Credits Expire

Dear GitHub Support Team,
I am writing regarding a critical issue with my Codespace for my project I have several committed but unpushed changes that are now inaccessible due to an unexpected Codespace expiration. I did not receive any prior warning before the Codespace became unavailable.
This is time-sensitive as I am participating in a hackathon, and these changes represent significant development work that I cannot afford to lose. I specifically need assistance with:

• Exporting the unpushed commits from the expired Codespace
• Recovering this code so I can continue development locally

Once I have access to these changes, I can proceed with development on my local machine. Any immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated given the time constraints of the hackathon.
