Even though I got GitHub Education, my Jet Brains account is not active.

Hi everyone,

I had previously joined the GitHub Education pack, so I used JetBrains' IntelliJ IDEA. Through the GitHub Education pack.
But since the GitHub Education pack had expired, I applied for it again and got it.
Then I go back to my previous jet brains account and I can't renew it. I can fill out a form there but it doesn't work for me. Is there a way to get this working again?
I need IntelliJ IDEA there, but why can't I get it through my account?

1. Check Eligibility and Pack Activation

Ensure that your GitHub Education pack is active and you have access to the benefits. Sometimes, there might be a delay in the activation process after reapplying.
If the GitHub Education pack has been renewed, you should get access to JetBrains' educational tools, including IntelliJ IDEA.

2. Reapply for JetBrains Free License
