Since you've deleted the GitHub Pages site, you'll need to use Google's Remove Outdated Content tool instead of Search Console verification. Here's how,
The page should be removed from Google's search results within a few days. If this doesn't work, you can also, Request removal through Google Search,

Hi Guys,
I used Github-pages published / hosted a Non-profit website for about a year.
After I moved it to an appropriate hosting site, I deleted the Github-pages immediately.
The deleted Github link kept showing up on top of google search console.
I'm trying to remove the results from google console but I need to improve that I'm the owner of the website (deleted GitHub-pages) by uploading a google code to my HTML files. But I've already deleted the pages.
Please help!!
