Ive html files in github https://web1expert.com/ & wordpress in hostinger https://web1expert.com/blog but https://www.web1expert.com/blog/wp-admin gives Error code 404 even ive edited url in dbase what should i do when i want to host static files in github & dynamic in hostinger

I's told by hostinger to host in subdomain https://blog.web1expert.com/ is it best solution as my all old url are indexed here https://www.web1expert.com/blog
what should i do in both cases without affecting seo

Go with the subdomain option (blog.web1expert.com). It’s easier to manage and avoids conflicts. Just make sure to set up the 301 redirects properly so you don’t mess up your SEO.
