Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience with an account suspension and the lack of response from GitHub Support. Hopefully, someone from the community might have some insights or advice.
Here’s what happened:
My account got suspended while I was in Syria for a 30-day vacation.
While I was there, I submitted an individual account appeal and got a response within 2 hours. My account was reactivated but was suspended again shortly after.
After returning to the UAE (Dubai), where I’ve lived for the past 11 years, I submitted another appeal 5 days ago, but I haven’t received any response so far.
I’ve also opened a support ticket to get my account activated again, but there’s been no reply.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation or experienced delays with GitHub support? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
