Count transferring an issue to discussion to the event-feed

The event feed on the right could have some more attention.
A possible thing to add would be to mention when this discussion was made from an issue.

Possible Format: Transferred from #123 1d Andre601 (maybe with an arrow icon in front?)

I know that there is the section mentioning that it comes from a transfer, but the event log doesn't seem to have any greater purpose right now than logging when an answer was picked.
