I'm going through the Working with the NuGet registry tutorial, learning how to publish a Visual Studio DLL to a GitHub package within our organization. When I got to the section Publishing a package using a nuget.config file I realized that the tutorial is using the new SDK style of project definition. However, this Visual Studio project is built using .NET Framework 4.5.2, so the SDK style isn't going to work for us. How do I make a NuGet package that I can publish to a GitHub Package in our organization, using nuget.config file?
