It is a great new feature that when I am returning to a review I am made aware of which files have changed since my last view. It has saved a ton of time re-reviewing commit by commit!
Taking that further, in the case of extremely long files it would be even more helpful if that chip/badge was a button to open a new view showing the diff between the last commit I viewed and the latest so I could quickly identify the new changes without re-reviewing the entire file.
