Routes V2 assign new tasks to assigned route

Right now a route can accept changes in its order, or new jobs when not assigned. If it is assigned nothing can be changed. This is probably going to be a problem in production with many things that can link to changing the order of a route or the need to add a job in between 2 tasks of a route.

I propose that we have a "lock" feature

In coopcycle right now it is sometimes easy (due to drag and drop being naturally easy to make mistakes in) to change something by accident, and with no ctrl-z button that can be hard to undo.

I propose that routes have a "lock" icon that can lock or unlock the route. this way, you don't accidentally rearrange things or take things out of the route as you are moving it between couriers, or putting tasks before and after the route. However, by clicking the lock, you can then modify the route no matter in which column it is in

The lock button seems to be a good thing, and not only for the route concept. For example, to lock all tasks/deliveries assigned to a courier and be able to reassign them to another courier without disrupting the order.

This can be a really good feature !

I start using it from a couple of days now (it was a bit blurry months before) but I have the same problem not being able to put delivery in between as they just drop on the way...
I should be able, as a dispatcher, to add stuff in the middle and being able to modify the route On-The-Go (because we know that nothing goes as planned)

I guess it could be this solution (lock up thing) or a "pop up confirmation message" saying something like : "are you sure..." Before changing the route.
Don't know the better one or the easiest to implement. But Yes, it could be great to have something like that :)

OK thx for the feedback. Adding confirmation is not hard. However for several reasons it is hard to add modification of a Tour in the "assigned" part. Not trivial stuff I would say.
