Edgex Support Notification only supports Http?

Hello,

I am currently trying to use the support notification service in Edgex V3.1, however, looking at the code i have discovered that for Rest API requests the url is hard coded to be http as seen below.

func getUrlStr(address models.RESTAddress) string {
	return fmt.Sprintf("http://%s:%d%s", address.Host, address.Port, address.Path)
}

Is there a reason for this implementation? Or is there a work around to be able to make HTTPS requests using the support notification service?

it doesn't support https currently, but it's not too hard to enhance it.
please open a feature requested issue in edgex-go, and we can see if there is anyone who can help open a PR in the community.
