[odessa] device-onvif-camera compatibility issues

Why is odessa still using Consul in device-onvif-camera？
After upgrading the Odessa, I feel that there are many compatibility issues, including the official documentation.

According to the official documentation, many services cannot run anymore, which is very unfriendly to beginners.
When can the compatibility issues of various code repositories be resolved？

Consul is not used in device-onvif-camera anymore.
When you find any compatibility issues, please help open issues to the repository. For this example, please open issues on https://github.com/edgexfoundry/device-onvif-camera

In your example, it's not the issue from the service itself. It's the utility, so it will be great if you can help open a PR to fix it.
This is an open source community, and we need everyone's help to maintain it.
