App Functions SDK availability in C language

I noticed that the App Functions SDK is currently available only in Go. Is there a specific reason why it hasn’t been implemented in C? Are there any plans to provide a C version in the future, or recommended alternatives for using app functions in C-based services?

@sudarsan-22 no, we don't have any plan to implement it in C for now. We have Python App SDK as well, although the secret client hasn't been supported yet. https://github.com/edgexfoundry/app-functions-sdk-python
The reason is simple. We don't have enough engineering resources to support more programming language. We open for any volunteer to join the working group meeting and work on it.
