Scheduler on UI with MQTT message publishing

Hi all,
I m intended to add a scheduler opition to publish MQTT message to a topic after a certain time. My question is,

• Do I need app service for MQTT to be added in docker-compose so that the scheduler can use it to export message to broker?
• If I dont need to add, may I ask for example to fill the mqtt option on scheduler ( edgex UI), I have tried multiple times but it didnt work.
