Motion Effected parts not Appearing on Live site

ALL of the Motion Effects used in the theme are not being displayed in my websites live url.
However, they appear in the editor while using elementor, just not other than that.
It's only the pieces that have Motion Effects active. Disabling them makes them reappear, but my client prefers the motion effects, so I cant just turn them all off.

Also, the counter does not count up from zero. (I had to set it to the numbers I wanted it to count up to or else it'd show "0" and not move.)

I've deactivated some of the motions effects for the time being, but the area where it says "Innovate With Us" still has them active and is not visible on the live website.

Do you think it could be an issue with Elementor and the Blendit theme from STKThemes?

(I've already made sure my plugins weren't the issue, that they were updated along with updating php & jquery, cleared my cache, restarted my computer, and switched to one theme back to Blendit and the issues persist.)
