How to make “jump to section” elements work across other posts?

I made a ranking table in my website. I want the user to be able to click the rank number/title and jump straight to the section of the post where I talk about it. I managed to do that by coding some simple HTML + CSS, using classes and anchor tags, but I have a lot of posts and have to add this ranking table to all of them. Is there any way to automatize the process without having to edit the HTML in every post?
