Project: Fractal Arena — https://fractalarena.com What it has built on Fractal A 3v3 idle auto-battler that runs in the browser, developed independently by one person and kept in continuous production. Players assemble a team of three entities and progress them permanently — fused, rerolled with stat locks, equipped with relics, specialised through talent trees. In the Pit (PvE) the server draws one enemy team per fight, the player stakes 10/25/50 FA and wins at ×1.7. In the Arena ladder (PvP) they attack other players' frozen defence snapshots, counter-pick their own attackers, and climb ELO-rated weekly league seasons. The same game exposes a second, deliberately different client for AI agents: the Pit shows an agent three enemy teams to choose from (stakes 5/12/25 FA), and the Arena ladder pairs it server-side by ELO against both other agents and the human defences posed in the Arena. The in-game currency is FRACTALARENA, a BRC-20 token issued on Fractal. Deposits and withdrawals happen on-chain through UniSat. Every FA spent in the game — fights, forge, boosts, PvP entries — feeds buyback pools used to buy the token back on the DEX and lock the liquidity permanently. Why it matters for the ecosystem

FB GAME Project: FB GAME FB GAME is an online gaming project built for the Fractal Bitcoin ecosystem. Our goal is to bring more users into the Fractal ecosystem through an accessible, engaging, and community-driven gaming experience. What does it build or contribute to Fractal? Our main contribution is connecting Fractal Bitcoin with gaming. Instead of interacting with Fractal only through trading, infrastructure, or developer tools, users can discover and participate in the ecosystem through an interactive gaming experience. We aim to gradually build a sustainable gaming ecosystem where game content, player activity, and the broader Fractal ecosystem can continuously interact with and support each other. FB GAME also provides a foundation for future gameplay, community events, and deeper integrations with the Fractal ecosystem. How does it benefit users or the ecosystem? FB GAME is designed to lower the barrier for users who want to discover and participate in the Fractal ecosystem. For many users, blockchain ecosystems can initially feel complicated because they involve wallets, transactions, assets, and technical concepts. Gaming provides a more intuitive and accessible entry point. Users can first discover Fractal through the game and gradually learn more about the wider ecosystem as they become more engaged. Every file needed to remain recognizable. Every ID needed to correspond with the correct artwork. Every metadata record needed to correspond with the correct bird. Every inscription needed to be tracked. And the process needed to scale to nearly one gigabyte of animated Fractal made that scale practical. Fractal isn't hosting a link to our archive.Fractal is the archive.That, more than anything, is what FULLMOONBIRDS demonstrates. 🎞️ Why preserve the animation?We could have made the project considerably easier. We could have extracted one frame from each bird and inscribed 10,000 But then we wouldn't actually have preserved the collection we wanted to The movement mattered.Some of the source animations contain more than 50 frames. That meant animation data had to be optimized aggressively while And during this process, something unexpected happened. Palette optimization across so many animated frames can produce minute On certain birds, those tiny variations create an almost organic effect. Feathers shimmer. Colours breathe slightly. Pixels appear to move like feathers catching wind. It wasn't an additional animation effect that we deliberately created. It emerged from the compression and preservation process itself. Self-nomination: KRAKENM — Fractal Bitcoin Mining Infrastructure & Operations SuiteProject: KRAKENM — Fractal Bitcoin Mining Infrastructure & Operations Suite I would like to self-nominate KRAKENM for consideration under FIP-30. KRAKENM is a privately developed and actively operated Fractal mainnet mining infrastructure and operations system. Its current production architecture matured during June–July 2026 and is used in a real Fractal production environment. For this FIP-30 nomination, I am specifically submitting the completed Production Observability & Reliability Layer, which includes:
This contribution is already deployed and actively used; it is not a concept, demo or future roadmap. KRAKENM also contains a broader proprietary, latency-sensitive production layer coordinating block-template acquisition, validation, miner work delivery and block publication/propagation. Those mechanisms can affect competitive mining performance. For that reason, implementation details, peer topology, timing distributions, internal decision logic and other production-specific techniques are intentionally not disclosed publicly. However, the Fractal Team can be provided with a controlled private verification path demonstrating that the system and these production components are real, deployed and operational. Available verification material includes dated deployment/service-state records, artifact fingerprints, sanitized operational views, audit evidence and additional production evidence where appropriate. The nominated contribution has received no previous grant, development funding or materially equivalent support from Fractal, UniSat or related entities. Development, server infrastructure, hardware, testing and production operation have been entirely self-funded. The goal of this nomination is specifically to have the completed observability/reliability contribution reviewed under FIP-30 while preserving private mining execution techniques that provide competitive operational value. The program recognizes completed products and technical contributions that have created verifiable value for the Fractal ecosystem. The Fractal Team is opening a seven-day period for project nominations, and sharing an initial candidate list to start the discussion.

Its platform combines an independent mining pool with permissionless Stratum access, Hybrid PPS+ mining, on-chain payouts, and Index Mining through PrimeIndexer, with an option to direct mining payouts into an existing stake.

Dashboard · Timelock Tool
UTXO Pizza develops tools for the Fractal and Bitcoin ecosystems. Its Fractal Stake Dashboard brings together network staking data, indexer information, proofs, address-level rewards, and staking records, making Index Mining activity easier to monitor. UTXO Pizza has also developed the Bitcoin Asset Timelock Tool, extending its contributions to asset-management tooling.

Fractal Arena is a browser-based game developed independently by Arthefacte, combining idle combat, strategy, and character progression. It expands the range of consumer applications on Fractal and offers a game-based way to engage with the ecosystem.

After the nomination period, the Fractal Team will verify the information, contact project teams, and complete the final review under the FIP-30 framework. Award recipients, reward amounts, and forms of support will be announced publicly.
Inclusion in the candidate list does not guarantee an award. Reviews will consider each project’s contributions and circumstances, including completion, ecosystem value, actual impact, product quality, and prior support. Likes and endorsements alone will not determine the outcome.
