It is possible to have a fluid video during the training (and not step by step with Google Maps)?
It is possible to use the app offline?
How can you customize the image of the uploaded gpx?

If you are using GPX rides, then unfortuately you can't have a fluent video. This is a limitation of Google Maps - not mine. If you use the video rides, you will have a fluent video
Again: If you are using a GPX ride, then the app needs to connection to Google Maps. If you ride videos and you have downloaded or imported the video, you can use the app and perform rides completely offline
For GPX: this is the map preview. You can't change it. For videos: replace the file <video_name>_preview.png that sits next to the video file (generated by Incyclist during import). If it does not exist, create it. Resolution should be 384x216px
