Treadmill connectivity for a virtual walk/run

Add the ability to connect a treadmill for a virtual walk/run.

Please also add a setting for a speed adjuster as my treadmill advertises it's speed too high so would be good to have the ability to adjust that speed down to 80% for example.

could you send me your uuid (from Settings->Support) per email (also listed in Settings->Support)?

I would like to analyse the logs, so that I can be sure that the increased speed is not caused by a bug on my side.
Based on that, I can decide if an adjustment setting is required
