Problem when use online demo “task is queued

I have tried to restart all the containers of ragflow by docker compose down and up, but file parse still stuck with pending, how to resolve it without losing data?

If I were not wrong, you were referring to the locally deployed RAGFlow. You need to check the health status of your server first: https://ragflow.io/docs/dev/run_health_check

You should expect a delayed response when using demo.ragflow.io. File parsing requests on the demo site all have to wait in line (queue).

I would suggest trying demo.ragflow.io to see if your issue persists before upgrading your local RAGFlow.
