Markdown with hyperlink

Hi,
the response of a conversation is normally in markdown format. If there are hyper links, they look like [ID:3]. In Web GUI, the links are listed at the bottom but without any hint to [ID:n]. If I copy the text else where and try to transfer the markdown into another format, it is painful to link the text manually.
Is it possible to write the link directly into the markdown text? Or at least in the link list, give each link the correct ID number, something like:
[ID:3] https://github.com/orgs/infiniflow
