I wanted to learn more about building communities, as I work in communities. I am looking for a full book, but wanted to get some quick knowledge from some blinks.

• They mentioned CMX conf which I should look into going
• Examples of good communities they used as examples, that I should look into:
  • Duolingo , that they have other users cheer eachother on.
  • Superhosts for Airbnb.
  • Trail Blazers at Salesforce, not sure what this one is will look into it, and apparently the creator has wrote about it.
• The three steps of community engagement were:
  • Identification
  • Participation
  • Validation
• Lurkers are also important, not just the top posters.
• How do you not make the reward too big so they don't take it seriously or it is gamified, while not making it too small so they don't feel seen?
• Mentioned the creator of Salesforce Trailblazers
