Map download fails on android app

Trying to download maps for offline use via the app doesn't work

How to reproduce:

Select "UGS Topo" as map
Press download button
Download region button
Press "start download "

I sent a bug report a minute or so ago via the app

I tried it just now and it worked for me. Slow, but works.
