Agenda/Notes

• importance (or not) of language/grammar
  • important! avoiding bad grammer + typos necessary to appear professional
  • use "Suggestion" feature to fix these directly when reviewing
  • maybe look into adding a spelling/grammar extension default for GitHub.dev (false negatives?)
• Approving but not merging?
  • Don't approve if even a minor change needs to be considered; if you approve, it should be able to be merged
  • With multiple reviewers, first satisfied reviewer doesn't approve, but notes their satisfaction and asks at least one more to approve
  • if a PR is approved by someone else but they forgot or didn't merge, ok to merge
• possible improvements to the pi-base web interface (search boxes, redundant traits, ...)
  • modify profile icon for redundant asserted traits to help discoverability
  • add ID lookup in filters on space/property pages
  • tagging/labeling system to connect concepts that are not modeled by property/space/theorem
• Should some "Discussions" be closed (e.g., old community call announcements)?
  • tabled discussion - no need to work on this
• alternate meeting times for international community members?
  • try this in May on MWF sometime....
• discuss some of the names/aliases in person (e.g. S25, ...)
  • decided to put canonical notation at the end of some titles e.g. S25 Euclidean Real Line $\mathbb R$

Only @prabau and I could make it on the original date (Feb 21), so we while discussed this agenda some, we wanted to keep all the items open and postpone any final decisions until a quorum of the community could participate.

We've scheduled our next meeting to be March 28 and will use this same discussion thread.
