mdl was 13s for what it's worth. I'm assuming it's quicker because it doesn't need to do a Docker pull seeing as it's built using node. |

We're currently using mdl but the tool doesn't have any auto fixing and keeps changing its mind breaking all of our pipelines.
I'm going to propose we switch to markdownlint-cli2 which has its own GitHub Action. This means those of us over at Actions Hub don't need to maintain another action!
